Experimental Release r288

All,
I've just released an untested update to the program that hopefully
fixes the issues playing books from the Icelandic Library service
BBI.IS and that should generate an email containing a few pertinent
details about the android device that's running the DaisyReader which
may help the users who prefer the Norwegian Language but where their
phone seems to insist on using English instead. I don't *think* the
problem is in the DaisyReader software, which behaves correctly on a
Galaxy Tab set to Norwegian and in an emulator set to Norwegian.

Others are welcome to try this release but as I've mentioned in the
release note on the site it may fail in interesting ways.

That didn't last long. I've deprecated r288 and released r289 that
doesn't 'force close' when trying to open the About View. Sorry for my
haste to get the previous release online for some of you to try. At
least this one seems to behave during initial testing.
