New codebase emerging

I've taken far longer than I'd wished to release an application based
on the new codebase. However I've finally released a pre-alpha test
application called DaisyBookLister. It's available from the downloads
area of the project web site. It's not really suitable for end-users,
but if you're willing to try using it, and living with the crude
unfriendly user-interface, I'd appreciate you trying it out with one
or two of your DAISY 2.02 full-audio books. They can be zipped or
unzipped.

I'll continue refining both the test application(s) and the underlying
DAISY engine. I look forward to replacing the current application with
the new code, ideally within the next 4 weeks. More to come :)

thank you. You might find the current minimalist UI frustrating especially as you need to type in the full path to either the zip file containing a DAISY 2.02 book, or the full path to ncc.html I will make a new release shortly that removes the need to enter the path at all.
