New version of DaisyPlayer, now supports books in more European Languages

Hi All,
I notice about 10 people a day are downloading the current versions of
the DaisyReader, which is encouraging. I've spent the last couple of
weeks in my spare time addressing several issues related to reading
books from new library sources (such as ONCE in Spain) in European
languages such as Norwegian, Danish and Spanish. I've just released
release r170 which includes support for these books (still limited to
Daisy 2.02 full audio format).

In the next few weeks I'm going to ask various people to provide new
translations for Spanish, Norwegian, etc. for the program, and for
updates for the German translation. I would first like to add some
visual content to the User Interface (UI) of the player as some of you
have asked for information on the screen rather than the current,
blank screen.

I would appreciate all the comments and feedback you are willing to
provide. Currently I've been the only person writing code for the
project and it's getting a little quiet working alone - your comments
and feedback help encourage me to continue developing the application
rather than working on other projects. Consider your feedback as
informal votes for a competition for my time :)
