remote error: A Contributor Agreement must be completed before uploading.

I have been having this problem since Apr 10, and decided to forget about it in case it solved itself, but I

am unfortunately still having the same problem.

When I go to

https://cla.developers.google.com/clas

it says I have a signed agreement but it does not show up in

https://android-review.googlesource.com/#/settings/agreements

I have updated my HTTP password and am still not having any luck.

Could someone please help me fix this problem?  I would really like

to get my changes in.
