·         Not enough Banking experience 5-7 years

Job Description

·         As a Senior Developer, you will be working on extremely demanding and technically challenging projects for some of the world’s top investment banks and asset managers. ·         Drawing on your proven experience you will thrive in our fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. Naturally, great communication skills, an inspirational and consultative approach and the drive to deliver above and beyond expectation are essential. 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Participate in the analysis and design of applications with the System Architect and Business Users, including business model, security model, and business components.

·         Translate business model and user requirements into software specifications.

·         Make recommendations for the development of new code and/or reuse of existing code.

·         Deliver documentation, such as High Level Architecture, and Low Level Design Documents during various stages of the project.

·         Support testing, such as Unit testing, SIT, and UAT.

 

Skills Required:

·         7+ years of experience working in large/complex IT architecture environments as a solution or application architect on large scale development projects.

·         Proven working knowledge of Object Orientated Programming concepts, Java, J2EE, JSF, Tomcat, Spring, Web Services, Oracle and other related technologies.

·         Strong analysis and design skills, including requirements analysis, Object Orientated design patterns, and UML.

·         Ability to interact with both Business and Technology colleagues.

·         Experience within Financial Services, preferably within Wealth Management.

·         Superb communication and analytical skills.
