Closing down the Android Challenge Discussion List

Now that the ADC Round 1 is finished and the winners have been
announced, we'll be closing down the ADC list to new postings. Old
postings will still be available, of course, but we encourage new
discussion to migrate to one of the other Android discussion lists:
