I'm surprised that someone would ask this. Are you expecting developers to sign over all rights to their code to you? For your personal profit? What about supporting the developers who did the original work rather than having your team of developers finish someone else's code?

LOL - What he's proposing happens every day with open source. Many
many many sw companies use "free" code to accelerate development.
