(+1) +30 hrs week

We all know there are 50 teams/individuals working but I was wondering
about the rest of us. It's still full speed ahead here and making
great progress.

Down with the naysayers and trolls.

Cheers,
Wes

Is an estimate of 900 (1788/2) discontinued apps bombastic?

I continue, but spend less time.
I continue in the hope to sell it on site specialized in PDA/phone
applications.

I am on another project now, but I bought the domain name and intend
to finish the whole thing (online game and management+ Android client
+other clients eventually).

Well, since I was contacted by a manufacturer who might be interested
in integrated it into their system, I have no choice but to continue
with it. :-)
Added
1) An untimed entry mode for training the blind/visually impaired
2) Additional gestures for common file operations New/Open/Save file
and for toggling between timed and untimed entry mode

In pause temporally. The company and ADC application needs fresh air
(Venture Capital).
As soon raise the funds, I will work 100% on it.

Excellent news Kurosh. I hope your Psychological Damage (May 19) was
reverted.

ed, javqui

Thanks for the encouragement.
I hope that everyone who has injected so much work into their
projects, actually see their ambitions come to fruition.

LOL. :-)
I guess I'm back to normal again.
I find it funny that you included the date too. :-)

+1 Dungeon Wonders
http://dungeonwonders.com

I'm still working on it, but not at the same pace
as ADC - it is more like 15-20 hrs per week
compare to 40-50 hrs before.

I'm hoping to get back to
*coding machine mode* soon :)

TeeDroid Caddy
http://www.teedroid.com

I am still working on TeeDroid, almost done with the first port to
j2me (not going to be as nice as Android version, but still has all
the necessary functionality). Hoping to have a feature complete alpha
in the hand of testers by the end of this week. Targeting an early to
mid june of a complete new release both website and first mobile
release. Have not decided yet if I am going to release it as a full
public beta or limit it to a maximum number of users.

I have cut back a little but am still putting in at least full time,
just not crazy hours like the last month leading up to the ADC
challenge deadline.

If you play golf and are interested in being a beta tester send me an
email with your phone/model/network etc and I will check
compatibility. I will get back to anyone interested as soon as I can,
will be offline off and on in coming days plus next week I will be at
Google I/O.

we contunue actively working on our 3 submissions (none won) -
preparing for ADC II :-)
+1 http://lablz.com - WebDev framework that uses domain objects (naked
objects - see Wikipedia) modeling approach for 100x speedup of complex
WebDev, especially for Mobiles.
+1 http://bhoost.com - JavaScript API to Android, implemented an open
source WebKit shell. Anybody wants to join this effort?
+1 http://NeoYou.org - Web-based mobile social net based on the two
products above. Allows developers to buid custom social apps and thus
focus on target community, not on infrastructure. Thinking about open
sourcing this one too - any interest?

All of the above are pushing Web 2.0 to Android. Although ADC I judges
clearly favored Native Apps, we have no doubt Users will mostly favor
Web Apps since they do not require installation and upgrades (there
are exceptions of course, like many games, VOIP, etc.).

Still going very strong, preparing to begin porting to J2ME. I think
the number of features actually doubled since the challenge
submission.

I am not though I got four top 25%.
May work on Windows Mobile and then iPhone firstly.
If I see a lot of usage, then work on Android after the real device
sold a lot.

AnCal - Android Calendar
http://vetch.magot.pl/ancal/

I don't wanna waste any hour more on this. I must earn some money for
vacation. Unfortunately, Android is not the right way for doing this.

I'd like to sell my project with sources and all personal rights.

OHA, wakeup !

greets,
peter

I have 2 apps in top 25% but am not motivated by the lack of real
hardware and am somewhat discouraged by ADC 1 after spending many
valuable hours that should have been spent with family members.

I was otherwise planning to continue, but in light of recent
developments surrounding the "locked down" SDK releases only available
to ADC winners, I am forced to suspend my work until handset launch.

+1 I'm still working on mine. www.goldfishview.com
Working is going very slow right now as I wait for the new SDK
(several months away?!?).
Finally got my invite to App Engine. I think I'll probably concentrate
on getting the website part of my app running while I wait on the new
SDK.

Waiting for stable release of sdk which will be accepted by device
manufaturer. Don't want to run behind rapid change of sdk and enter
into the hell of development .
