I did not receive any email thus far either - I am guessing that
either the email application they wrote to send the notification is
behind, failed at some point on an invalid email and stopped, or they
stopped it to correct the information form link. :p

As somebody who makes project decisions, I'd guess its not an automated process.  If there was a problem sending them out (such as a messed up link ;), they'd want to have direct control.  Much worse than a bad link, if there's some sort of crossed wires (you see my app).

I think it would be a mostly manual process, and they stopped when they got feedback that the links were wrong.

Or you were disqualified ;)

I got a losing one a couple hours ago but I submitted two
applications. Does this mean I should still be expecting one more
email?

Check your spam folder. My letter was there. Yahoo considers Android a
spammer :-)

We sent three applications but we just got one mail. Do we have to
wait for the other two mails?

Good point. Just checked and theres nothing there. I would hope
gmail wouldn't consider Android spam :)

You get only one email (if you check that posters email, it is
google.com for the extension.... ie - he works at google).

Still no email. What's happening? I have a submission #, so they did
get my app.

After waiting for a further 24 hours with no reply to this post,
I finally emailed my submission # to Dan Morill and David McLaughlin
and got the rejection email.
I wonder if my app was disqualified at the outset.
If you haven't received yours - for what it's worth - find their posts
and do a reply to author sending them your ADC submission #.
As a well wisher, it is shameful that Google has shown discourtesy.
Google treats people with contempt.
