That would indeed be great feedback.

Hi!

I would find that very useful too- to know the points.

also..

-Any chance the number of submissions will be published soon? We'd all
love something like that to chew on ;-)

-What are peoples' unofficial recent estimates on the number of
submissions? I don't even know what to guess- hundreds or thousands?

And a side note:

It sure felt great submitting yesterday. This whole experience of
building something with my teammate over two (very hard-worked) months
and from across the world (he in India and me in U.S.) has been
intense and wonderful. I'm so happy to have had the experience,
regardless of the outcome. I do hope we'll be one of the 50, but I
feel like we won in a way yesterday. We built an excellent alpha with
great potential and submitted it in time, and that is a form of
winning in itself :-)

I poured myself a glass of champagne afterwards and called a few very
supportive friends and family to tell them the good news. It occurred
to me that this was a peak career moment and it represents more to
come. Then I slept really, really, really hard.

What did you folks do/ how did you feel right after you hit the
"submit" button?

I think it's best to make points of all submissions public to everyone
if there's no privacy consideration. Or at least anyone should know
their own points. After all this is a competition.
