resubmission but no email confirmation ?

I submitted application for ADC last week, and received both web page
confirmation and email confirmation from android...@google.com.

Today, I resubmitted my application (due to bug-fixing and document
update), but I did not receive email confirmation from android-
sup...@google.com (4 hrs after resubmission).

Now, I am wondering whether my resubmission is successful. As I
remember, some post from Google insiders said: we should receive both
web page confirmation and email confirmation.

Could someone (Google insiders) clarify the resubmission confirmation
process?
Do we suppose to receive confirmation email for resubmission?

And most important, how do we know our resubmissions are successful?

This morning, I recieved ONE (NOT TWO) email confirmation from android-
support at google.com, and this one email confirmation shows:
Re: [#######] New ADC Submission. It seems that it is NOT a
REsubmission. It seems a new submission. (I am 100% sure I selected
"resubmission" when I resubmitted my two applications yesterday.)

(As I my last post mentioned, I RESUBMITTED my two applications
yesterday but did not recieve email confirmation from android-support
at google.com as I submitted them at first time.)

Now I am really confusesd by the submission process.

Could some people from Google clarify the resubmission process?
How do we know the resubmission is sucessful?

Am I the only person confused by the resubmission process?
Could someone share your experience on resubmission?

I also got ".Re:[...] New ADC Submission" in the title for my
resubmissions. I didn't worry about it because I figure even if it
gets categorized as "new", it'll still be looked at because it's well,
it's a new submission.

Weird thing for me is that I got 4 emails from 3 resubmissions. Maybe
I got yours? just kidding, I can't tell any information from the
confirmation email.

Another comment is that separating multiple entries from one person by
the Application name seems user error prone. What if I had two
resubmissions named BuddyFinder and Buddyfinder. Would they be
treated the same?

Thank you for sharing. You are lucky since you got more than you
resubmitted.
I am really not sure whether they get both of my two resubmitted
applications, and which one they got with the confirmed email.

Do not want to be negative, but the android's submission application
and process is really not professionally developed and managed.
It costs both Goolge and ADC developers from time, PR, etc.
perspectives.

Again, could some Google insider help to clarify resubmission
confusion?
