The SF daily just posted an interview they did with 3 of the judges
for the upcoming developer challenge, there isn't tons in there that
will affect application design, but every bit helps. (They do talk
about some trends in the submittals they have already seen though.)

Things they talk about:
Trends in already submitted applications.
What they are looking for. (Basically a rehash of the FAQ)
What's the killer application so far.

Well I knew I wasn't gonna win anything, but I didn't think my app

Oh no. This is terrible. But! I have a way to fix it, with a couple of
days to go -- I need all the help I can get. I'm going to integrate
Gmail Custom Time feature into my app. Is the GCT api supported
already? I wonder if I can do a submit my app from Android's browser
with Gmail Custom Time activated.

I heard youtube was having issues with videos redirecting to the wrong
place that started early this morning, you might want to try again
after waiting a bit.
I've also had luck by waiting until the end of the wrong video (if it
comes up) and then the page loads the correct vid. yea, its a weird
bug though
