Hi,
I'm planning to develop an application,
which has three modules which has to be executed on defferent PCs to
TEST.
1. Server Application
2. Client Application
3. Android Mobile Application
The server application can be executed on my PC,
but the Client Application has to be executed on a PC located near the
environment where you execute my android mobile application.
The Client Application is written in JAVA.
Am I able to submit the kind of application I described above for the
"Android Challenge"?

Judges will not review desktop applications or web/browser applications (meaning that they will not necessarily visit your site.) You may certainly have your Android application communicate over the network to your server, but you should not rely on judges visiting your web site or running any desktop applications.

Dan,
What if the judges would need to create an account to use the client
app? Can that be done via a webpage?

I would just create demo accounts for the judges to make it easier on them.

True, I didn't think about doing that. I may end up going that route,
but I think I have enough time to implement account creation
activities in the client.

I have an entry for Android that also depends on external programs. I
decided to just simulate the interaction with the external app, and
document how a different impl would integrate with it.
