Eclipse resource management tool improvement?

Hi Android people,

This is a request to improve the way the development environment
alerts the programmer to missing code in different resource locations.
Three of four programmers encounter pain in the Android process, but
my experience indicates loopholes in programming environment
integration are making things more difficult than you want them to
be.

Android seems good, but the code managment tool is challenged.

in the envionment) is logged.
