Resubmission faild!!

I submitted my application last night and received email
confirmation.
But I resubmitted my apllication(bugfix) today not received email and
web page confirmation.
It just went to the classic Google search page after it was finished
uploading.
I found a discussion like this problem.

"If you submitted recently and did not receive an email confirmation,

But my application just 500KB. I've tried 20 times..
Please Help me! Brothers! Sisters! Better Solution!!! :D

allow me to say something... :P
if u already submitted... and u thinking to resubmitted...
my advise is (just my point of view)... if the change is minor change... and if possible don't resubmit... give others people or those people that haven't submit their apk to submit 1st... since u already submitted and get the confirm mail... ^_^

Perhaps you should verify that the project name, the author, the
address, etc. match the initial submission. The system may reject
resubmission if it does not find the matching initial submission. As
far as I know Google did not disclose the fields used to match
submissions, so check everything.

I resubmit with remembered (project name, the author, the
address, etc.) That's same.
Should file names and path match?

Hello!
The email address needs to be the same for resubmissions, but minor changes to the rest of the information is fine.
This is apparently due to load somewhere, but we are having trouble replicating it. We don't see signs of excessive load on our servers, so we're trying to figure out if there's some kind of network problem somewhere.
We're looking into it, though. Sorry for the inconvenience.
