Just curious... any participant or winner from Spain?

I'm from Caceres, Spain. Participant and also winner (incredibly :)
with BioWallet.

Best regards,

Jose Luis.

I come from spain, but I live more years out than in.

I live in Florida, USA right now, but my family is in spain, some in
latinAmerica.

Me siento muy orgulloso que hayas obtenido el premio. España no es un
país promovido por su tecnología, así que representas la innovación de
toda España aquí.
FELICITACIONES JOSE LUIS (translate:congratulations)

Muchas gracias Javier!

Hopefully I'm not alone, I think something is changing in Spain and we
are starting to believe that we can be as good as the best. This is
one of the things I like of IT, you don't need multi-million
infrastructures to innovate, everyone with a PC, internet connection
and big doses of talent could be creating the next killer application
right now.

Good luck with everything!

Hi Jose Luis,

Congratulations for winning!! I am from Spain as well but not a
winner.
Together with my team mates at Madrid/Malaga we submitted three
applications but none of them has been selected within the top 50 :(

We are really proud of you for leading Spain into the Android podium!
We also wish you the best of luck for Round 2.

Saludos,
Enrique.

Another Spanish loser here, from Madrid.

My app, the same concept and idea as the winner app PocketJourney, was
not chosen; obviously they liked it more than mine.

Enhorabuena José Luis.

It just ocurred to me a joke concerning your app:

"A cyberthief aproaches an android user and says --your password or
your life, er... your eye or your life!"

By the way, does this mean that phone PIN code is something of the
past....? Hmmmmm.

Many congratulations again, the idea is really innovative, and you
made it to the top 50, something we all wished for.

:-)

Hi Nardo

Ups, I think you know more than me about the word "Viva España". You
live in Spain, hehehe
For me is a simple song. When I hear or dance this song, it produce on
me some happy child recalls. Sorry if you misunderstood, it was not my
intention.

It was my previous work before ADC, is a short video. www.heigroup.com/android.
(not my ADC submission) and the motivation to send the letter to “Su
Majestad el Rey”
I have a Spanish version of this video, but is too long and is not
updated.

We can join efforts for ADC2. I’m working in a presentation to explain
my ADC1 submission, get resources and have a real chance to win on
ADC2. I will send to you as soon I finish it. Same for Jose Luis, rut
and Ferrer.

.......... and I did send really early (1 month before deadline), so I
did so with early SDK without the white UI look, maybe that was bad,
who knows.

Anyway, I'd also like to vote for the previous idea posted here about
having Google give us the final scorings for our apps just to check
where we failed, and where we did well for ADC, maybe that way we
could do a spin on our apps, in preparation for ADC 2.
