Challange Software Testing

I submitted a framework for the Android challange. The *.apk file
that I uploaded with the Google form contained the Framework. The
sample application was in a separate *.apk file, which the associated
documentation referenced. Since my app is server based, upon looking
at the server logs, I noticed that whoever tested my submission, DID
NOT download the sample app. They basically only started and stopped
the framework - which does very little without the app. Anyone knows
how to contact the testing team to let them know that they missed part
of the program?
