Phonegap / Cordova / PushPlugin : onNotificationGCM is never fired but Success displays OK

PushPlugin is installed, 
I follow the tutorial from devgirl.com. 

SuccessHandler is fired and display "Success" 
but onNotificatioNGCM is never fired ! 

Google Cloud Messaging is ON and my SenderId is correct.... 

I've been stuck on that for many days now.... please help.... 

I'm developping with Cordova Phonegap and use emulator64.
