Hello I filled in the form of adding to the whitelist C2DM and
received a confirmation e-mail. Now at work with C2DM get an answer:
SERVICE_NOT_AVAILABLE, register: http error 400.
I filled out the registration form again, but no confirmation or
denial has not yet received. Help please. Where can I check if my
account is added to the whitelist or not?

I have the same issue! How do we know if the account we setup is good
to go?
