Hi Dan Willemsen,

I have used below branch/tag 

repo init -u https://android.googlesource.com/platform/manifest -b android-r-preview-2

I googled few things related with this error. It's because of a duplicate entry in somewhere  which both are trying to copy some file to the same destination.
