GKI android-13-5.10 build failed (Bazel ans build/build.sh)

I followed instructions and used this command to buid (repo synced)

tools/bazel run --lto=none //common:kernel_aarch64_dist -- --dist_dir=out/android13-5.10/dist

And i get this error (on build/build.sh same):
