while compiling android source code error : sys/sysctl.h : no such file or direcory

Hi all,
         While i am building the android source code iam getting an error like sys/sysctl.h no such file or directory.This error raised when it was compiling wpa_supplicant. I find that header file is in the path myandroid/externa/chromium/android/sys/sysctl.h.But no code in that particular file except a commented line SYSTEM CTL IS ONLY NEEDED FOR MAC. Please help me in getting out of this.
