ICS & kernel binary drivers for passion

Google was selling the passion/N1 as late as July, so many of us won't
be upgrading phones until next year.

Even a completely unsupported kernel would save a lot of pain for the
inevitable community ports, since manually patching binary drivers is
quite a hassle. I assume ABI compatibility was not a top priority.

You can use the kernel from Gingerbread.

(If you're worried that's too old, keep in mind that the emulator is
still running 2.6.29).
