Build AOSP with SELinux DISABLED

My question is simple, is possible build android with selinux disabled (no permissive)?

Haven't tried it since M, but there should be no problems, as long as you are building for eng or userdebug flavors.
For user flavor, init will be crashing.

add androidboot.selinux=permissive or androidboot.selinux=disabled to kernel cmdline.

but since Android M check the policydb version,the only way to  make previous kernel work is disable selinux.
