repo sync stuck at 99%

hey, im tring to sync with the 4.0.3_r1 tree, but it keeps hanging at:

Fetching Projects: 99% (219/221)

for hours, and no, i dont have any spaces in my name in repo init....
Please help me with this :)

It's been long since you ran into this problem, so i guess you could
have already figured out on why this was not working for you. Still
for people who can't solve it,
- Re run the repo init command and do not use caps in the first or
last name and yeah, no spaces between first and last name. ( Try
giving your email id in small letters as well )

repo init --config-name

Set the following from you current session:

sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_window_scaling=0

For OSX, disable rfc1323 extension.
