build fastboot for arm arch

Hi, Friends,

I download and build fastboot on my x86 PC with ubuntu.

source build/envsetup.sh

lunch

make fastboot

it build fastboot for x86 arch

I want to build fastboot for ARM arch. so I download source on RPi 4 running ubuntu.

not sure this is right way to go.

Could I build ARM fastboot on X86 machine? by indicating HOST ARCH is ARM?
