Building cuttlefish host binaries only

Hello,

I have done a complete build of AOSP from the master branch. Now I am trying to just rebuild the cuttlefish host binaries - https://android.googlesource.com/device/google/cuttlefish/+/refs/heads/master/host/commands/

Is there a command that will just rebuild those, instead of running "m host" ?
