Check build and tag number of android aosp

Dear all,

How can I find the build and tag of my android aosp. Actually the supported devices for android 11 vary for different tags and builds.

Thank you in advance.

P.S. This my first time working on android aosp. PLEASE don't mind if the question sounds stupid :)
