I just switched to Ubuntu 11.04 (kernel 2.6.38) and can't build the SDK from AOSP since then. I got the following errors:

In file included from external/qemu/target-i386/kvm.c:19:
/usr/include/linux/kvm.h:215: error: field 'arch' has incomplete type
/usr/include/linux/kvm.h:383: error: field 'arch' has incomplete type
In file included from external/qemu/kvm-all.c:21:
/usr/include/linux/kvm.h:215: error: field 'arch' has incomplete type
/usr/include/linux/kvm.h:383: error: field 'arch' has incomplete type

For the record it was building fine 3 days ago on Ubuntu 10.10. Thanks for help !

I'm only Java programmer and this C++ related problem :-(

But. What about to use /usr/include/linux/kvm.h from older Ubuntu :-)

I uploaded a patch for review in AOSP: https://review.source.android.com/#change,22776

I'm quite sure it's not the right way to do it but at least it's building fine :p
