Hi All,
I am trying to compile AOSP source for pandaboard. I am able to
compile source code and no errors are generated in this process. but
my out/target/product/panda directory only contains

PRESENT : boot.img, userdata.img, ramdisk.img, kernel
NOT PRESENT : system.img, recovery.img and cacheing.img

I think all missing img files should be created during build process
only. What could be the reason of not creating these files ? OR i need
to follow additional steps to create them expilicitely ?

My setup
=======
Host machine (Windows 7) : ubuntu 10.04 (on virtual machine VMWare)
Allocated RAM : 3 GB
Allocated HD : 100 GB

I am folowing steps from /devices/ti/panda/README and getting error on
last command "fastboot -p panda flash all"

It seems your build didn't succeed.
Rerun the build command with "showcommands":
$ lunch
$make showcommands
then examine the build log.

Did you read Ying Wang's response? I'd be surprised if it didn't help
you. system.img is built by default, so if it isn't produced by your
build it probably didn't succeed.
