I am having problem after loading ABR_client on android phone. It closes with error "ABR_Client stopped responding". After going through several Android docs, it seems that following call is invoked in Non UI thread,

OpenCVLoader.initAsync(OpenCVLoader.OPENCV_VERSION_2_4_8, the_gui, mLoaderCallback)

Am I missing something? Compilation is fine but run time failed.

By the way, I am using android studio 1.4.1 to compile ABR_client

Is there any tutorial to successfully building and running this project?

Any suggestion?

Hi UJ,

sorry for the late reply.

This project was created using Eclipse, so you might have to do something special to make it work with Android Studio.

Also, you need to install openCV on your phone (the app should ask you to install it automatically if you don't have it...).

are you using the ABR_client and server?

What exactly is it that you are trying to do?

Something like this :

- use 2 phones: one on robot, one with you

- phone on robot uses GPS and sends coordinates to other phone

?
