Mint Wireless Limited is an ASX listed mobile payments company. We are looking for an Android Developer to join our agile team and to ride the exciting wave of mobile payment innovations with us.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Android applications for leading smart phones and tablets
• Work with a talented team of software developers, business analysts, designers and testers across Australia, Asia and the UK
• Work within a fast-paced, agile team environment
• Develop eye-popping UI/UX for Android devices that simply WOW merchants
• Conduct unit tests and implement automated UI testing for Android

 

Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of Android application development experience
•  Deep understanding of the Android SDK
• Familiar with building Android app supporting multiple hardware from different vendors
• Javascript experience would be a bonus
• Experience with mobile web application development
• Very comfortable learning new technologies, tools and platforms
• Experience in all relevant phases of the SDLC
• Agile and SCRUM methodologies
• Strong skills in integrating with backend services (HTTP Post, SOAP and REST web services)
• Ability to understand UML models
• Understanding of XML technologies
