All of the major instructions are listed in German and I do not understand that language. Please provide me the process of activating this app. I have downloaded the basic app and the lock key. I own a Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

what do you mean with "activating"? Did the app work as expected with your smartphone and you only ned assistance with installing of the unlock key or do you need help because the app did not work as expected?
