Salut les ENITiens,

Listen guys and girls, I have a nice deal for our school:

Few days ago, I attended a seminar for Open Source perspectives
here in our country and I've got the chance to meet LPI (Linux
Professional Institute) responsibles from maghreb as well as an
international representative. we've had a chat related to how a
governmental institute can become an agregated LPI certification exam
center (the case now of INSAT, ESPRIT and some other colleges). The
procedure isn't that complicated but it needs someone with direct
contact with ENIT's chairman. All it takes is guaranteeing that some
professors should be certified at least 101 (first level of Linux
understanding) so that they can share the knowledge/motivation and
keep the train on the track. Second our school need to guarantee as
well that for the first year (of signing this convention) 20 students
at least pass the exam and last and not least our institute needs to
pay 1000 TND per year for this agreement.

Advantages of such agreement are numerous but it turns especially
around growing our students competencies and helping them defend their
place in the market besides with such agreement any individual/
organisation can come to our school to sit for the exam after paying
his/her/their vouchers of course (from where we can collect back that
money spent at first to sign the agreement), so nothing is going for
waste as you can see. What do you think. If there are some volunteers
to initiate the discussion with the chairman please let me know (I
know that you've already achieved so many great steps till now with
your countable activities that's why I'm putting my trust in you to
achieve such task).

Second point, yesterday I've came to meet also Sir Karim Djafaar (a
Tunisian IT entrepreneur who's greatly talented especially in JEE
based software development as well as Android applications dev/
investment mainly in European countries), right now he's seeking
talented students/professionals to make a step further towards his
local country market and apparently ESPRIT as well as some Sfax
institutes are using the opportunity given that they've got Android
clubs or at least interest in mobility (mobile devices world). I'm
conveying such infos to motivate you to give your best in order to
raise your competency level. Let's hope Android guys are still there
listening ;)

Have a great day ahead,
Hanen
