Hello!

Ver 0 and 1 - doesn't work location service with energy save mode

Clean install.

Here it doesn't work in any way. High precision, battery saving or just on phone. I tried with wifi and data, no success. Any hints? I'm on V1 of AOSP!

- Fix Network Data location (Mid)
