I'm expieriencing heavy lags in the dialer app when I try to use the dial pad. After a while Android says it became unresponsive but when I click wait several times the input arrives with a 60-80 seconds delay. Dalvik and ART.
Can anyone confirm this?

Indeed. I found a post a few hours ago in xda forums already. After uninstalling and rebooting dialer's back to normal. Do you think you can fix this in a future release or is this up to google?
