Hello group,
We have had what I think is rapid crystalization on some of our honey . Probably about 75% has , and the other 25% shows no sign of it. I have read that raw unfiltered honey with high pollen count may do this , and that it is normal. Any thoughts ? Thanks.

I have found all of my RAW honey will / has crystalized. The later in the season that I pull the batch , the faster it seems to turn faster. Was all of the honey from the same super / hive and pulled at the same time?
The pollen is the base for the crystallization.  Just warm it up and it will return to liquid. DON'T over heat it. I have taken a pot of VERY hot water and put my bottles in it and let it cool. It may take a few tries, but better to go slow then to destroy the richness and benefit of the pollen and honey.

That's my thoughts. Anyone else?

Blaine
