3/4/20 - Driving while Intoxicated (DWI) Arrest

Location: US Highway 206

The Andover Township Police Department arrested Alyssa Cromwell, age 30 of Hopatcong, NJ for driving while intoxicated. Cromwell was observed travelling at a high rate of speed on US Hwy 206 North in the area of Stickle's Pond Road. She was stopped by patrols and administered field sobriety tests, to which she failed. Cromwell was taken into custody and transported to the station for processing. Cromwell refused to submit breath samples and was additionally charged with disorderly conduct. 

Cromwell was charged with :

39:4-50 Driving while Intoxicated

39:4-96 Reckless Driving

39:4-50.2 Refusing to Submit Breath Samples

39:4-88 Failure to Maintain Lane 

2C:33-2 Disorderly Conduct

Investigating Officers : Lieutenant Kithcart, Officer Price, and New Jersey State Police assisted at the scene.
