Location:  Route 206 - Andover Township

The Andover Township Police Department arrested Raymond J Kutcher III, age 30 of Vernon, NJ for an outstanding warrant.  Kutcher had been stopped for motor vehicle violations on Route 206 and found to be a wanted person out of the Sussex County Sheriff's Department for failing to appear on previous heroin possession charges.  He was taken into custody and later turned over to the Sussex County Sheriff's Department.

Kutcher was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving while suspended and for failure to exhibit documents.
