FoxyTag patch

Hello

Here is a second patch I have made for andnav2.

That's about foxytag. That was just to learn how to move the android
api. Theorically if we want to use it in AndNav2 we have to pay a fee to
Foxytag corporation.

You will maybe like the way I display an icon on the map using the
AreaOfInterest interface.

This improvement seems nice, but what about the fee to foxytag ? I
didn't see any information about this on the internet, except "please
contact us if you want to integrate foxytag into your application".
Did you contact them ?
And Nicolas, what do you think about this ?

We can only push out AndNav2 with the foxytag-integration as long as there are no legal issues like the that one!
