Hello
I'm the maintainer of the open source geocaching app GeoHunter (http://code.google.com/p/geohunter/). This is a fork that adds more features to the popular GeoBeagle.

I'd like to use AndNav for offline maps when geocaching abroad or in areas without mobile coverage. I saw a patch for GeoBeagle that sends AndNav2 an intent to show the location of a single geocache. (The patch was never used or even tested for GeoBeagle.) I tried to compile AndNav myself to try, but in the process of getting the SDK for 1.6 my Eclipse was totally ruined so I don't dare to try the process on other computers. So.. can someone send me an apk, please? :)

Does AndNav2 require Android 1.6 or is 1.5 ok?

Do I have to bundle up the list of points to show on the map in an intent or is there a way to display the geocaches dynamically? Such as me providing a map Overlay to AndNav or if I can use AndNav as a replacement for the Google MapView (that would be sweet).

Thanks in advance,
Anders Petersson

You can use osmdroid, it's the map part of Andnav.
