If you lost ALL your phone data, including the external storage data, and you have not used the secure backup functionality (which automatically send the database backup to a configured email address) there are no chance to restore a backup because you don't have any backup file.
You can check your external storage data using a file manager. Navigate to the <external storage>/andicar/backups folder and check if any backup file is present.
- Open AndExplorer and push the Home button (see 1.png, 2.png attached)
- navigate to andicar/backups and check if any backup file exist (see 3.png)
If you see here your backup files you can restore one using the backup/restore screen of AndiCar (Preferences -> Backup Restore).
