According to the bylaws, All Owners are required to be contacted via regular first class mail at least ten days prior but no more than fifty days prior to the meeting. A time, date and location must be included. The by-laws do not mention e-mail, but if everyone agrees in writing (email), I imagine it would be acceptable. I know it’s acceptable to us.
If anyone has had recent contact with Gene Sanders (Lot D), please provide your available contact information. Also, the two lots east of Steve V need to be included.
Tim Weg (Lot C) is the only local other owner that needs contact.
Additionally, if anyone has any contact information about the Glenn property, please provide it as well.
There is a new owner for the Johnson property (5068 RHR, the first turn-out to the left going up the hill). I’ll find out what information is available and post here.

I am out of town that Jan 7th. JAN 21st is good or the 28th ... both
SATURDAYS..do they work for the group. Can we as a group make sure we
get to all the owners? Also, we should notify everybody of the
meeting in accordance with the bylaws etc.?? We need to elect new
board members and all that stuff. I have the notes from prior
meetings. I also have financial statements to submit as well as part
of the meeting. We can also have them available on line in the future
once we get a meeting and process implemented.

The first time we attested to set-up a meeting, Steve V had offered his “deck” as a location. It might be a bit chilly in January to hold the meeting outdoors. It would appear that about ten total people would be in attendance counting spouses. Maybe twelve to fourteen depending on Lot J and if Sanders can be contacted and decides to attend.
That does not include our neighbors (although not Association members) that have a proportionate financial obligation for road maintenance and would have an interest in any discussion about a gate: the Glenn property (formerly Digby property) Hanson or the new owners of the Johnson property as well as the last property beyond Lot J owned by M Vanderpol.
Either date works for us.

Our first meetings were held at a golf clubhouse in Lynden. Since then, we have not had any other meetings. I don’t know who was or is a member of that club that had privileges to use the meeting room.
