MEETING: LAST SAT in JANUARY: OK?

Hi: Lets do the last day Saturday in January..that is easy for everybody to remember and I have not heard any conflicts.  So if we can get agreement on that date, its good to go.  Steve V. said he can get us a room at Homestead I believe, but I have not confirmed that.  I will cc Steve and call upon my return to Seattle.  I am back Wed.

I am out of town that Jan 7th.  JAN 21st is good or the 28th ... both
SATURDAYS..do they work for the group.  Can we as a group make sure we
get to all the owners?  Also, we should notify everybody of the
meeting in accordance with the bylaws etc.??  We need to elect new
board members and all that stuff.  I have the notes from prior
meetings.  I also have financial statements to submit as well as part
of the meeting.  We can also have them available on line in the future
once we get a meeting and process implemented.

Works for us. That still leaves the problem of notifying the remaining owners. I have included Gene Sanders in this email and have left a couple of messages with Tim & Shane Weg (Lot C) requesting an email address.
