Final Version of Econ Homework

Hi guys,

 

I am trying to use my gmail to see if it works. I thought about our assumption again regarding question 4 and think that I may made a mistake. The $4 billion investment should be evenly allocated in the first 3 years which didn't provide any benefits. In any cases, I revised my answer and please take a look when you have time. I am pretty sure this time it's definitely correct. I will submit the homework at 10 pm tonight.
