Hi Ms Nishu,

I'm trying to fill the form but Photo is mandatory field (Which I don't know why) and even if I'm trying to upload one, it's throwing memory exception.

Please look into it, I think there might be others facing the same issue.

It's great that you responded so quickly. 

Image is mandatory to recall you and maintain our records. 

Also, this error might be due to large size of your image. Try to keep it within 1 MB.

Few students have also uploaded their image successfully and size of their image was between 500-600 KB.

Please Revert back if you still have an error. Hope this helps!

Nishu ma'am is correct. 

I have just filled the form. I have used an image of size approx. 500 KB.

Your issue might be due to size of your image.
