I had read that by using astrology astrologer can find the remedy in
its own way to solve problem. how far it is true? And is the planetary
position effect the human health?

Yes, only when done by qualified astrologers, but do not expect instant solutions..... there are limitations and you should be aware of karma philosophy or karmic laws, before seeking remedies.
