John 21：17 “Λέγει αὐτῷ τὸ τρίτον, Σίμων Ἰωνᾶ, φιλεῖς με; (Joh 21:17 BYZ)”

Dear the one who is concerned,

I am wondering whether the grammar of Greek in John 21:17 "Λέγει αὐτῷ τὸ τρίτον, Σίμων Ἰωνᾶ, φιλεῖς με; (Joh 21:17 BYZ)" demands that Jesus said the same thing at the third time as the first two times? I heard that in English the sentence would be "Jesus said to Peter for the third time" if Jesus said the same thing at the third time. Without "For" in front of "the third time", it just means that Jesus said to Peter a third time, not necessarily the same thing as before. Is this ture? If in Greek I want to express that Jesus said to Peter for the third time the same thing as before, how should John 21:17 be?
