Cher Président,
Comme communiqué hier par Solange, le Comité de Direction de ANCEFA se
réunit ici à Accra en marge de l’atelier de formation pour préparer la
réunion du Conseil. Ainsi, nous avons élaboré le projet de programme
pour la réunion du Conseil de la semaine prochaine. Vous voudrez bien
le lire et suggérer des modifications que vous souhaitez qu’on prenne
en compte.
Nous sommes actuellement en train de préparer les documents pour la
réunion ; je vous les enverrai ainsi qu’aux membres du conseil
d'administration dès que nous recevrons les versions traduites des
traducteurs.
Au plaisir de vous rencontrer bientôt au Burkina Faso,

Merci pour le projet de programme et félicitation à toute l'équipe à Accra pour le travail abattu.
Je vais jeter un regard attentif là-dessus et je vous reviendrai dans la journée. Je n'ai pas pus le faire hier car j'avais deux activités nationales de mon syndicats qui mon pris toute la journée et une partie de la nuit.
C'est avec plaisir que je vous accueillerai à Ouagadougou la semaine prochaine.

J'ai lu le projet de chronogramme et je pense que globalement c'est un bon cadre. Cependant nous le soumettrons à l'amendement des participants avant de l'adopter.
Par ailleurs, en vue d'un traitement des préoccupations des membres du staff qu'ils on posées après l'élection du nouveau conseil d'administration, il faudrait nous apporter les contrats des personnels (y compris le tient). Cela me semble important pour leur motivation au travail.

I read the draft timetable and I think overall it's a good framework. However we will submit the amendment of the participants before adopting it.
In addition, for treatment of the concerns of staff members they were asked after the election of the new board, it would bring us the personal contracts (including yours). It seems important for their work motivation.

Cher Président, je l'ai vu de votre réponse à l'aéroport, et ne sera donc pas en mesure d'effectuer des copies des contrats. Cependant, je vais vérifier avec le bureau pour obtenir des copies numérisées alors que nous sommes au Burkina Faso. au cours de la réunion, je vais aussi présenter un rapport détaillé sur le bien-être du personnel aux côtés d'un rapport financier. À bientôt.
Dear Chairperson, i have seen your response at the airport, and so will not be able to carry copies of the contracts. However i will check with the office to get scanned copies while we are in Burkina Faso. during the meeting, i will also present a detailed report on staff welfare alongside a financial report.
