Dear Illias,
The main argument though is that where there is a difference or
misunderstanding between the Chair and Coordinator, the best way of
solving it is not through a public forum, where even partners are
present. But the two should sit down and dialogue on the matter. This is
the spirit of good conflict management and resolution. Both people are matured and understand among themselves. As as a leader we should resolve things for the better future of the organization ( ANCEFA) and African children. Leaders always learn from the situation, mistake, challenges and make this bad situation to good opportunity to be as an exemplary leaders. When we speak about our internal affairs for other external people, it will justify that our disunity among ourselves and looking forward or asking others to solve our problems.I know Our president has a lot of responsibilities, it would be wise to use the secretariat and the team of ANCEFA for better result.
